Here is a professional Returns & Exchanges policy tailored for Sarkarprint.com. Since you handle both ready-made apparel and custom-printed items, it is important to distinguish between the two.
At Sarkar Print – Your Special Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window: You may return or exchange apparel items within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support at 01744841662.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method or via mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad).
Non-Returnable: Since Packaging and Canvas Signs are custom-made to your specific branding or design requirements, these items are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the custom product arrives damaged or if there is a printing error on our part (different from the approved design), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Items on "Clearance" or "Final Sale."
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), Sarkar Print will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or pattern, we will ship the new item once the original item is returned to us and inspected.
