• Sarkar Print (Your Special Brand) provides a dual-service platform offering both ready-made apparel (Sarees, Lungis, Gamcha) and custom printing/packaging services.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Accuracy & Custom Orders

• Apparel: We strive to display the colors and textures of our Sarees and Lungis as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings.

• Custom Printing (Packaging & Canvas): Customers are responsible for the quality and copyright of the designs they provide. Sarkar Print is not liable for low-resolution prints if the original file provided was of poor quality.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

• For custom bulk orders (Packaging/Signage), a partial advance payment may be required before production begins.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times for apparel are typically standard.

• Customized products (Canvas Signs, Packaging) require additional processing time for design approval and printing.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

5. Return and Refund Policy

• Ready-made Items: Returns are accepted within [insert days, e.g., 7 days] if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

• Customized Products: Because items like Canvas Signs and Custom Packaging are made to order, they are non-refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

• Unauthorized use or duplication of website materials is strictly prohibited.
